Earl and Cheryl Cory of Wilson, WY...sometimes..!!
ROUTE 66 EXPO 1998
Now heres a REAL ROADIE.. Cheryl Ann Cory from Wilson, WY with me. Cheryl and I met on the Internet in early 1996 and just recently met in person at the EXPO. Not only do we have the same first names.. but also the 2nd! Cheryl’s husband, Earl, only works 6 months out of the year and they travel the other half. They are still on Route 66 but the last they emailed me they were in MO enjoying driving their 1998 Corvette from one Route 66 town and business to another. The last stop they made at Lucille’s there was a TV crew there filming and Earl and Cheryl got in on a TV Documentary about Lucille’s. Cheryl also bought more of Lucille’s salsa. Thanks Cory’s for stopping again..!!

If you are participating in the OK Route 66 75th Car Cruise and have some spare time on Friday night. I would like to invite you to a casual meeting at Lucille’s station.
It won’t be anything fancy just people getting together to take photos, visiting and a short memorial ceremony for Cheryl Cory by the crosses located across from the station.
There will also be folks attending that belong to an online Route 66 internet discussion group, 66 authors and artists, and Bob Worley from Cedar Hill, TX is going to do a few of my favorite songs by Stevie Ray Vaughn. You will enjoy seeing nice Classic Cars, Bob’s new Bullitt and meeting more of the OK Route 66 Association members.
This get together will be held outside in Lucille’s drive way and there is only one picnic table there so please bring your own lawn or folding chair. Drinks and snacks will be served. I sure hope to see you there!
